About
Heath and Kimberlyn's professional journey began at Piedmont Ortho in January 2020, where they discovered their shared commitment to patient recovery and community care. In 2022, inspired by their love of small-town life and athletics, they envisioned opening their own practice in Gray, GA. Today, they bring that vision to life, providing state-of-the-art care to Gray and its surrounding communities, while maintaining the warmth and personal attention that defines small-town healthcare.
Meet the Team
Kimberlyn Wilson
PT, DPT, SCS, Cert DN:
Co-Owner/Physical Therapist
Kimberlyn earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of North Georgia in 2018, building upon her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Georgia in 2015. Her commitment to sports medicine led her to complete a Sports Residency at the University of Kentucky (2018-2019), where she achieved Board Certification as a Sports Physical Therapy Specialist. Her comprehensive expertise encompasses sports rehabilitation, post-operative care, general orthopedics, spine treatment, blood flow restriction training, dry needling, and wellness programs.
Her passion for athletics is deeply rooted in her background as a competitive gymnast, having trained at The Gym Nest in Macon from age three through high school. This experience, combined with eight years of coaching and helping establish the Jones County High School gymnastics team, gives her unique insight into artistic sports. During her tenure at the University of Kentucky, she collaborated with researchers and physical therapists to study post-operative shoulder function and recovery timelines. She also received specialized training in gymnastics medicine while working with the University's Women's Gymnastics team, developing expertise in injury prevention and return-to-sport protocols that she now applies to artistic athletes throughout Middle Georgia.
When not in the clinic, Kimberlyn embraces an active lifestyle, enjoying time with family, fitness, hunting, traveling, playing guitar, and cheering for the DAWGS! Her mission remains clear: helping patients safely return to their passions while implementing effective injury prevention strategies to keep them active and engaged in what they love.

I was raised in Gray, Georgia and Iβm very proud to call this community my home. The school system, school sports, and my church helped me become who I am today. After high school, I attended Middle Georgia State University and graduated with a Bachelors degree in New media and communication. In 2021 I received my real estate license and currently still practice residential real estate.
When Iβm not working I enjoy spending time with my wonderful spouse and three amazing kids. You can find us at church, playing games, swimming, hunting, fishing and playing sports. Outside of work and family time I enjoy reading, gardening, doing puzzles, traveling and going on new adventures. Time spent with family and in natures fuels my appreciation for the beauty of our world.
